I love your podcast!
And I have something to add about parsley. In Germany we celebrate the anniversaries of weddings and my mum just told me that the tenth anniversary in Germany is called the "parsley wedding". But unfortunately I do not have a clue why.
I will also try your linguine recipe, it sounds delicious!
Keep on odcasting, it's a nice distraction!

Your words bring back memories: I don't remember my mother actually serving parsley or cooking with it, but she always had a clump growing near the kitchen door when I was young. I loved to pick a few sprigs to munch -- I loved the fresh flavor. Today it's difficult for me to grow because our yard is so shaded and the local bunnies, groundhogs and deer would beat me to it in any event. Maybe this will be one of the years I haul out the planters and do a few herbs. More likely, I'll listen to your podcasts, and continue to splurge on a bunch now and then at the market.
